    The import worked good until now. Could you please reset the importer again? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    There was a problem with a character in your latest WordPress import file, and that was causing the import to fail. I corrected that problem and restarted that import for you.

    Please let me know if you have any further trouble with that.

    (Sorry. German has many characters that should be rewrote in HTML.)

    Sorry about that! As long as the characters are written with UTF-8 encoding, the import will work. (They don’t have to be written in HTML.)

    I checked with my team and there was actually a different problem in the same import file. I just reset your importer — would you like me to try to fix your import file and start the import again for you?

    Please tell me what is the error in the files, so I can correct this error. For I have a couple of files that I want to import. :-)

    Hi there,

    There was some content that isn’t supported on WordPress.com, and that was causing trouble for the import. I just tried the import again without that content and it worked this time. :)

    No, I didn’t try to import a file.
    I was not able to start an attempt because the import was not reset. :-)
