  Hi,

  I’m still trying to fix this issue https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/import-from-wordpress-failed?replies=7#post-2429839

  I can’t actually test the updated XML though, but the last import was never cancelled.
  If we could try this again plz. Thx

  Sure thing! I just reset your site’s importer so you can try that import again. If you continue to have trouble with it, let me know and I can take a look at your latest import file for you.

  Hi, yeah it’s stalled again. If you could take a look plz, that would be fantastic! I just chopped off the metadata of the previous export, as the last person seemed to say might fix that

  Hi there,

  Sure thing! I cleaned up the metadata tags in that import file a little more and restarted the import, and this time it worked. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
