Import failed

    I am trying to import a WordPress install in Azure cloud. When using the import I get ‘Import failed
    There was an error with your import.
    Contact us so we can figure out exactly what needs adjusting, or try again.’

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    to be sure I understood you are migrating from a WordPress site you have through another provider (using Azure) yes? What is the URL of that site? Is it still online and able to be visited? Have you tried migrating using our plugin here?
