Import failed and is now frozen at 'Processing'

  I keep trying to import a wordpress site to a new wordpress and it fails. Then it gets stuck on ‘Processing’ and needs to be reset. Can someone please reset it for me? I have created a couple sites to try and get import to work, and this keeps happening. Thank you.

  I deleted my site in this question. My husband had to do some major editing of the Export file to get it to work, and we could not wait for the reset. We just started over… again, and got the import to work finally.

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck and this thread has been tagged for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  In the future if you need to tag a thread for staff attention could you please add the “modlook” tag instead of replying to a similar thread. This helps keep things organized and makes it easier on staff :)
