Import failed and not responding after 24 hours

    Hello, I was importing blogs with xanga backup yesterday, unfortunately I received a failed notice and tried re-importing the file today but the page is still “importing in progress” after 24 hours. Please kidnly advise if it is still importing properly or how to re-import the data.

    Here’s the email i received:-
    “We are sorry, but there was an error while performing your blog import to http://koliekwan.wordpress.com
    Please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

    For complete instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see:

    Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

    I successfully re-imported the data yesterday, now keeps importing the rest backup, unfortunately I receive anthoer failure notice couple minutes ago… hope it will be fine tomorrow

    I have reset your importer again for you.

    If you continue to have difficulty, I can try doing your import for you. I would just need your export file from Xanga. You could upload it to a filesharing service like Dropbox so I could download it. Please let me know if you want to try that option.
