Import failed, can't try again

Hi, I tried to import to my new blog http://www.lecturaaura.wordpress.com the information from another wordpress page I have, doing the export/import process with the .xml . After that i received your email that says:
We are sorry, but there was an error while performing your blog import to http://lecturaaura.wordpress.com
Please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.Now I can not try to import again, it’s always shows the Import in process message in the tools->import option inside the blog. How can I try to do the import again?

Sometimes the importer gets stuck and I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you.
You only have to wait for 24 hours before posting here for an importer reset by Staff. You simply type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. Hello rachelmcr, again doesn’t work the import process. I’m triying to import one wordpress blog into this new one, i’m owner of both. I did the export option in the old one, that creates the .xml, and now triying to do the import process and seems to fail again, more than 48h pass.
Can you reset again or there are any other solution I can try?
