Import fails.

    Importing an exiting wordpress site by pointing the import tool to a zip file containing the existing site fails with an error:
    Oops, something went wrong
    Please try again soon or contact support for help.

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing while importing. May I know if you’re importing from a self-hosted WordPress.org site? Is that site still up and live, or do you only have the zip file?

    Do you also remember what method did you follow to export the zip file from the source site?
