Import failure

    I’ve been trying to import my Tumblr to WordPress. When it got stuck, as advised, I clicked on the ‘Clear account information’ button below to reset the importer. Now when I try to restart the import I get a message that says ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.’ It’s not importing and it won’t restart. Please help!

    Hi there,

    It looks like the import on your site has completed – some content has been imported, and no import is currently running.

    If you’re still missing posts, please restart the import now – posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer. It might take a while to complete, though, as we’re still seeing a lot of new Tumblr imports being created so there’s still a backlog. Please let us know here if the new import hasn’t completed after 24 hours.
