Import Feature Stuck on Importing For the Last 24hrs

    Hey Support / Forums,

    How goes it?
    I created a free account and everything was going well until I tried importing a wordpress .xml file.
    In the past I have done this before and the import feature happens pretty fast, however not this time.
    It says to wait up to 24hrs or contact support to get it fixed so that is what I am doing.
    Any suggestions on what I should try or can you help, please and thank you?

    Provided the site you exported from is still online, the URL of the site you exported out of maybe helpful.

    What size is the XML file, please?

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck.
    If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.

    Like timethief said…Sometimes the importer gets stuck.

    I did what…darnelldibbles…said and re-imported and everything is good to go again.
