  I imported a wordpress file yesterday (more than 24 hours) and nothing happen.

  Support requests are dealt with according to the time stamps once tagged for staff on a first-come first-serve basis. Please do not keep posting in this thread until you hear back from staff as you have now effectively moved your thread to the back of the queue.

  I see that it failed, so I just reset it. Can you try it one more time? If it’s a big file can you try splitting it up?
