import follow-up
-
I download my file from Travelpod. It was a .zip compressed file. It uncompressed to an XML – WordPress folder containing 1 XML file, Images folder, graphics folder, and a folder containing multiple HTML files. I went to your WEB site and dragged the XML file into the required box. I got the error message ‘missing body data ‘. What do I do now?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Worked for me…what did I do?
1. Moved everything out of the zip file into a normal windows folder
2. In WordPress I got to the import window and didn’t do darg and drop. I clicked in the middle of the drag/drop window and it took me to the normal windows file selector.
3. My id in TravelPod is buckgw…so I had to open the folder called buckgw. Inside that I had to open a folder called XML-WordPress…and inside that are 12 files for my 12 blogs.
4. I clicked on buckgw.trip.1 and away it wentI suspect you’ve clicked on the wrong file
Good luck

Hi there,
Did you try importing the file via My Site ->Settings ->Import? Please check if you’re able to import via this page instead:
https://garytammytravel.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress
If it fails there as well, there might be something wrong with the file Travelpod gave to you, so please try to get a new export from them in that case.
That said, I’ve seen a few people reporting this error, and then on a subsequent retry it worked, so perhaps try importing the same file again.
