import form blogger

hello
i imported my blog with blogger file, but i cant see on my wordpress blog my static pages? why
thnxThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Based on the import support page it looks like only posts, comments and users are imported from Blogger. I think you will have to re-create your static pages manually, it is quite a quick process if you already have the content ready to go, hopefully you don’t have too many to do!

Google and other search engines are not focused on Pages. Pages are for static content that rarely changes. Search engines are focused on Posts.
-
It takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL. What attracts search engines is unique content in posts (not pages) that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. Start now publishing original content posts frequently two or even three times weekly. For more information read > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/21/omg-i-cant-find-my-blog-on-google/
To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.Note also that WordPress.com automatically supplies sitemaps for our blogs to search engines – we do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines
Lastly note that we cannot assist with search engine issues. They are between the blogger and the search engine. http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

I’m about to import a wordpress blog that has already 2 million page views per month, and now that I have a static page on blogger, it is with some keywords in the top positions of google. My concern is just that, losing an important position.
Would move a domain already in my possession and I would not let this entailed too much damage.p.s. u ‘ve a very interesting blog!!

Your blog will not retain the same search ranking position nor will individual posts in it unless you have a custom domain name of your own ie. not a .blogspot.com URL and you purchase a domain mapping upgrade.
WordPress.com provides free blogs and free hosting for them. WordPress.com does not accept domain name transfers but mapping to an existing domain can be done.
Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. NOTE: You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made it and the domain mapping purchase here every year.
Important Notes Before Upgrading http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgrading
Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually. In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.
See here for mapping an existing domain that you already own http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

Grazie per le ottime spiegazioni. Però ho bisogno ancora del tuo aiuto, ho provato a mappare il mio dominio ma mi da errore come puoi vedere nell ‘ immagine.
http://oi57.tinypic.com/2lwpqar.jpg
IN ENGLISH.. BETTER ;-)
Thanks for the excellent explanation. But I still need your help, I tried to map my domain but I get error as you can see in the ‘image.
http://oi57.tinypic.com/2lwpqar.jpgAs far as adult content, I do not have in the blog, I was forced to put qull ‘warning because some competitor reported me to blogger for unwanted content, so I had to put the’ notice, but it was an operation unfair competition, not a true complaint. I decided to switch to WordPress for this reason. Blogger has marked my blog, just because bad people decided to hurt me.
Only now I realize, however, of the infinite potential of wordpress than blogger, maybe these made me a favor …;-) -
