  How do I import my blog.com blog to WordPress?

  Hi there. It appears that blog.com runs on the WordPress, so you should be able to follow the standard Export/Import process. You’ll need to export your content from your blog.com site (you’ll download a WXR file). Then you’ll import that file to your WordPress.com blog.
