Import from another wordpress blog not complete 72hr

  I’m importing a very simple blog from that was exported from one wordpress blog into this blog. It has not completed after several days. Is there some way to cancel and try again?

  The message is still:

  Import WordPress
  Processing…
  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me know what kind of export file you have, the specific address of the source blog, and how large a file your import file is.
