import from blog.com?

  I see a lot of places that you can import content from, anyone ever imported from blog.com? I’m really hoping to not have to do it all manually, does anyone know how I can do this? If it’s not listed as a site you can import from, can it still be done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
