Import from Blogger: blank posts and manual xml not working

  Hi there, I’m having the same problem–except my posts ‘imported’ but appear blank. I was advised to clear and try the manual xml upload and I received a ‘your import was successul’, but nothing has happened. I wasn’t directed to another page or shown progress. And the posts are still blank. Not even sure if clearing them worked. Would greatly appreciate some help! Many thanks.

  Thanks for reposting this as a new thread.

  Is this for the website at thisfindingmoxie.wordpress.com? If so, do you have any content on that site other than the imported content from Blogger?

  What I’d like to do is empty the site and try your manual import again to see if it will work, but I need you to confirm that this is okay before proceeding, as it will remove all posts, pages, media files, comments etc. from your site.

  Yes it’s the findingmoxie blog and no, there isn’t any non-blogger content. So please feel free to wipe it clear to fix it. Many thanks for your quick reply!

  I’ve submitted a request for your site to be emptied. When that process has completed, please try your import again, using the manual process where you locate and upload your Blogger export file. If that still doesn’t work for you, I can try to do an import on my end, so please let me know.
