Import from Blogger stuck/stopped

  I followed all of the instructions on your site to export and XML file backup from my blogger page (https://pastorjohnpartridge.blogspot.com/) and used the import tool. It seemed to work, but then all I get is:

  “Your file has been successfully uploaded. We will begin processing your import right away.”

  But nothing happens after that, and the content has not been added to my WP site.

  It isn’t a huge file, 3,913 KB so size shouldn’t be an issue.

  Any ideas?

  Hi, can you confirm you’re using the importer at My Site > Settings > Import?

  Yes, I did.

  Several times.

  But I couldn’t get it to work.

  Today, instead of cutting and pasting the location of the downloaded backup file from Blogger, I used drag and drop. For some reason that worked, when the other method didn’t.

  I have no idea why. But today it was quick and painless.
