import from instagram or json file

  hi! im looking into import my old instagram to this new wordpress but its not in the options.. my instagram can be downloaded into json file but is it posible to upload thst here? i want to import and not display my feed coz i have texts in there, stupid ole me used instagram for blogging 5yrears ago.. hope you can help me out. thanks

  We do not currently have a way to import from Instagram.

  With that said, these plugins could do it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/keyring-social-importers/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/external-media/

  But, you will need a paid Business or eCommerce plan to use plugins on a WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/
