  I have tried many time but failed to import from medium, can you help?

  Hi exportthings,

  What sort of trouble are you having importing content from Medium onto exportthings.wordpress.com? For example, you are seeing an error message.

  Once I know more, I’ll be happy to take a look.

  Thank you for asking.

  I received a “504 status code for “POST /sites/150319470/imports/new”
  Try another file or contact support.” right after I uploaded the zip file downloaded from Medium. It’s been quite a few times I’ve been tried. Please kindly help, thank you.

  Thanks and does the error appear as soon as you select the .zip file in My Sites > Import > Medium? Or after some time has passed?

  It would be great if you could double check the file size too — 15MB is the maximum supported file size for imports so you’ll want to make sure it isn’t any larger than that.

  Well, it shows the bar of uploading, then processing, after maybe 3 minutes or so, that failed message comes.

  my file is only 3.2mb, so I think this is not the case.
