import from Network Solutions

    I existing site hosted by Network Solutions. How do I import?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The other site, is it a WordPress blog?

    If so, go to your Tools > Export and download the XML file which will have your blog’s content.

    Now open your WordPress.com blog ( nscottorlandollc.wordpress.com), go to your Dashboard > WP Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress and upload the XML file that you download earlier from your old blog.
