Import from one WordPress.com site to another

I have decided to combine two wordpress.com blogs. When I try to import by web address, I get the message that the site is already on wordpress.com. If I try to import content from an exported xml file, I get nothing. Please help

Could you specify which blog exactly you would like to export from?
Everything works as expected on my end, so I wonder if this could be browser-related. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache? You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache.

I tried it on both Chrome and Firefox. I am trying to transfer belindee to belindamitchell so that I can shut down belindee. If you look at the image, there should have been a form there so that I could import the xml, but there was no form, there was only what was in the image, which was nothing clickable.

Do you have an browser extensions or blockers running? If so, can you try disabling them and seeing if that helps?
