Import from other blog still in processing for a week already

    Hi dear support team.

    I need a help on my blog import. I have an older post but it get ignored for a week so I decided to re-open a new post.

    I had a custom hosted blog based on wordpress previously and the blog admin decided to close the platform. So we did our own blog export and I opened a new account in wordpress, use the import from wordpress tool to import the xml file.

    The tool shows that it will be processed within 24 hours and as for now, it has being processed for almost 200 hours and I got no news on it.

    Can anyone of you kindly help to check on it? I would appreciate for any helping.
