Import from Substack Fails

    Hi, I followed the instructions on the WordPress support page for importing to WordPress from Substack. I downloaded the export file from Substack. It comes as an uncompressed directory with a ‘posts.csv’ file, a ‘posts’ folder containing HTML and CSV files for each post, and an ’email_list…csv’ file.

    I compressed the directory using the standard Archive utility on MacOS, so that I had a .ZIP file. Then, I uploaded that file in the WordPress importer for Substack.

    However, when I do that, I receive an error that says:

    ‘The export file is not a valid Substack export, no posts.csv was found in the archive.
    Make sure you are using a valid WordPress export file in XML or ZIP format.’

    Can you help me troubleshoot this further?
