Import from Tumblr

I have been trying to import from Tumblr. There seemed to be no progress so I clicked ‘Clear account information’ to test with a blog with fewer posts and it doesn’t seem to actually clear any information as every time I try to click ‘import’ now, it says ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ even though there doesn’t appear to be anything currently importing.
I disconnected from Tumblr then reconnected and got the same message.
I disconnected from Tumblr then reconnected, clicked ‘clear account information’, and got the same message.
I disconnected from Tumblr, removed WordPress from my Apps section on Tumblr, then reconnected and got the same message.

I disconnected from Tumblr, removed WordPress from my Apps section on Tumblr, logged out of WordPress, then logged back in and reconnected and got the same message.

Hi there,
I’ve double checked to confirm your import is still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it, as that could be preventing it from starting.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please give it another 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.
