Import from Tumblr

  I began the import of my Tumblr account more than 24 hours ago, but so far nothing has imported; I began importing one blog to no avail, and subsequent attempts have prompted error displays stating that I can only run one import at a time — but none of my content is actively importing. I’ve disconnected and reconnected to Tumblr, but this has not fixed the issue. Please advise.

  Hi there!

  I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still running. It didn’t cancel and is not stalled either.

  I can help reset this process so that you can attempt afresh, but that would add to more wait times.

  We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours.

  Keep us posted on how you would like to proceed.

  Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!

  I’ll allow it to keep running for 24 more hours and reassess then if the import still has not completed.
