  ‘Import this blog’ button is not showing

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you. I have been to that page numerous times, but the Tumblr blog shown cannot be selected. It just shows that a previous import has finished. But I cannot clear that function and carry out a new import of subsequent posts, as I have done a number of times in the past.

  There is a message “Please select the Tumblr blog you would like to import into your WordPress site and then click on the “Import this Blog” button to continue.”

  But the blog shown cannot be selected, and there is no “Import this Blog” button.

  Ah, thank you for clarifying. In that case, you’ll probably need a staff member to reset the importer for you. I’ve tagged staff, so you’ll likely receive a response within a few hours. :)

  OK, when the import successfully finished, the page reverted to its “no import button” condition.

  Will I have this same problem again, next time?

  Once an import completes you should be able to start a new one. If you don’t see the option to start a new import, please try disconnecting the importer and then reconnect.
