Import from Tumblr hasn’t moved in over eight hours

    I am currently importing my Tumblr blog to WordPress. I have selected import from the side menu, selected the importer for Tumblr, connected my tumblr blog and waited for eight hours for 170 posts to transfer over, but not one of them has been imported and there is no progress shown. Is there something I’m not doing in order for this to work correctly? I would appreciate help in this matter. Thank you.

    If it takes more than 24 hours for the import to complete, please revert to this thread and let us know.

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again, as it appears to be stuck.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
