  I’ve reset the importer for you.

  May I ask you to restart that import please?

  Also, can you tell me if there’s a custom URL at Tumblr in use please?

  I’ve tried to restart but the previous import is still going on.

  There is no custum URL, just fragmentosdebelem.tumblr.com

  Thanks for that! Can you go to this page and if you see a “disconnect from Tumblr” option, please click that and reconnect to start the import.

  Thanks for the feedback, but the problem persists. Logged out and in from tumblr and “import” is still progress and nothing has come up…

  I have reset the connection from our end. When I checked I did not see the URL of the Tumblr blog you are trying to import. Are you trying to import more than one site from Tumblr? Please re-try your import here, but try importing one site only: https://fragmentosdebelem.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=tumblr

  Also please share with us the URL of the blog you are trying to import so we can take a closer look at that as well, thanks!

  oh i’ve got it.

  I have 5 blogs on tumblr. When i click the button import for Fragmentos de Belem, the first one, automatically other 3 blogs start to get imported too, except one remains with the button inclicked.

  I deleted the current import and reset the importer. We suspect that there may be a bug affecting the import process and have reported it to our developers. However, please try the import again and let us know if you have any success.

  Thanks for the update. We have had other site owners report that there is an issue with Tumblr imports and our dev team is taking a look. We do not have an estimate on when they will be fixed since we are still waiting to hear back from their investigation. As soon as we have any more info we will update you here.
