Import from Typepad is stuck

    My import from Typepad has been stuck now for days. How can I get it to stop? It was suggested that I change the extension to help. But I can’t try this option since the import is stuck.

    The same thing is happening to me. I cannot find anything that will make it stop.

    Well, if someone doesn’t help out with my problem pretty soon, then I am just now going to use WordPress.

    I do not have a huge bit of content, and I have copied out my articles and photos, so I am ready to start somewhere new.

    But, I must say, that Typepad has just not responsive about this problem so I am now starting to look around for another service.

    Hi there @pommern100 resetting the importer can only be done by support so I’ve flagged your thread for forum staff assistance. Also know that if you have more content than the free Personal or Premium storage allotments, you may need to upgrade your WPcom site to Business. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    @cortneycollup if you also need help with this, please share the address of the WordPress.com site you’re importing your typepad file to.
