Import from Wix Site

  I have been trying to import the content afresh from my wix site to Worldpress account and each time, it tells me there’s an error. I have been trying now for the whole afternoon and in the past it worked fine…now it’s just not working at all today. Advise what is wrong and why the Worldpress site is having problems importing from Wix today?I shall really appreciate your help. Thank you

  What exact errors are you experiencing?
  I have reset the importer from our end, could you try again and let us know more details? I understand that you’re trying to import all the content to rishima587068738.wordpress.com, is that correct?

  Thank you for your response. Yes, I am trying to import all content from Wix to Worldpress. The error I am repeatedly getting is:
  “Unable to load site preview. Please try again later or get help.”

  This was never the issue earlier.

  The site I am trying to import in whole is: https://rishimasingh.wixsite.com/thinking-out-loud

  Is it possible for you to import from your end to my Worldpress (rishima587068738.wordpress.com)?

  I’m not seeing anything that would be currently stopping this, perhaps it was a temporary error.

  I tried on Firefox, Edge and Chrome browser and even a new PC altogether to eliminate issues. getting the same error code. I then thought I could export a .xml out of Wix which I did but still don’t know how to import the .xml to WP (no RSS importer on my site). This process had worked extremely well last time I attempted this and this time around, I don’t know if there’s something with Wix connections with WorldPress, but it is just not working. The error remains (Unable to load site preview. Please try again later or get help). May I please request if you could please just run the thing on my WP site from your end to import ALL of https://rishimasingh.wixsite.com/thinking-out-loud

  I just tried importing with a test site, and I also got an error. I’ll check in with the team who handles our importers to see if they can see errors on their end.
