import from word icon missing

  Despite having the kitchen sink icon, I am missing the “import from Word icon.” Up until today, I had successfully been copying posts from Word into WordPress with formatting and link and no problems. Today that has all changed and I can’t do this.

  I don’t have the “import from Word” icon. Yes, I have the clicked on the kitchen sink icon. I’ve posted over 100 blogs directly from Word with all formatting and link and suddenly today, this no longer works.
