  To get Staff to reset the importer I typeed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread.   I see the file you are trying to upload is over 19MB big. However, the importer has a file size restriction of 15MB, so that is why the import keeps getting stuck.

  Looking at the logs for your site, it appears you run an import to your site every few months. Are you using it to create a backup of another site? If that’s the case, can you try to create an export file for only the content that was added since the last time you did an import? So you’d only export the content between August and November from the other site.

  If you need to import all the content, you will still need to break your export up into smaller sections in so it can be imported here.

  I have reset the importer so you can try this again.
