Import from WordPress

  I am moving posts from one blog to another, and after more than a week, it is telling me it is still processing. I am not sure when is still processing, but I have more posts I need to move ASAP. When I click on Import, and then choose WordPress, the message says “Import WordPress
  Processing…
  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

  When I try to “contact support” it takes me here. Is there an actual way to contact a person other than posting here in forums? If not, can anyone help me?
