import from wordpress does not work

  I’m trying an import from a wordpress export xml files but it is now stuck since days ago.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you importing to a WordPress.com hosted site? If so and you are still waiting on the importer to finish, a staff member will probably have to reset the importer. For that to happen, add “modlook” to the tags section in this forum thread. Make sure you’re subscribed to the topic so you’ll be notified when there is a response.

  Hi, I’ve reset that for you. Try exporting again but removing any spam comments first (even those that aren’t approved). Sometimes those can cause a snag.

  And if you still need help after that, just let us know. We’ll have you send the file so we can try on our end.
