import from wordpress failure

  system says failure to import site, contact support.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m just trying to import post,pages, etc , from my .org site to my .com site…… i’ve done it before…. but this time it says ‘contact support’ no other explanation…. seems stupid to forward me to a forum…. but this is the only way I can get help I suppose.
  So if anyone’s paying attention, I’d like to know why my import didn’t work and how I can reset it so that I can try again. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  The importer got stuck during your import — sorry for the trouble! I reset the importer on your site so you can try that again. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  Nope, failed right away.
  As soon as I began the import, I get an email saying it’s failed and to contact support.
  What is the problem ?
  The only thing I did non-default was re-assign author.
  If you unlock the import again, I’ll try it without re-assigning author.
  Please reset my import, Thanks.

  Our team re-ran that import for you and everything imported successfully this time. You can find all of your imported content in your site’s dashboard. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
