Import from wordpress.org

Hi,
I imported my xml file from a wordpress.org blog three days ago, and it seems to be stucked. It is still labeled as “en cours” (it is is french), and i have not received any mail.

Do check if the posts have already been imported, sometimes the importer could be stuck after the importing as well. If you are sure nothing has been imported please check the XML file once more and see if the name of the file contains any special characters such as underscore ( _ ) etc . Some times the importer gets stuck with such files. If your XML file has such a character, please rename it to something simpler and try importing again. -

Categories and tags have been imported, most of my medias have been imported too. No post have been imported yet.
I have this message : “Votre importation est en cours de traitement et un email vous sera envoyé lorsque tout sera terminé. Si vous n’avez pas de nouvelles de nous dans les 24 heures, veuillez contacter le support, nous fixerons le problème.” : “your import is being processed and a mail will be sent when it will be over. If you don’t get any news from us after 24 hours, please contact the support, we’ll fix it”. But i can’t import a file again.

Sometimes the importer gets stuck. After 24 hours of waiting you can post here and ask for Staff to reset it for you. I tagged this thread for that to happen.
