  any way to import my wp local blog (the one i installed myself) to wp online blog?

  Currently no as the only methods of importing are MT and blogger currently.

  There’s three different ways to export entries from wordpress blogs to a text file in the movabletype export file format. These are listed at http://www.papascott.de/archives/2004/09/01/export-from-wordpress/

  You can use one of the three scripts (two are scripts and one is a plugin) to export your content and then import it here.
