Import from Xanga

I tried to import my blog from xanga a few days before, it showed that I should receive an e-mail within 24 hours, but I still haven’t received yet.
when I go to the import page, it still shows
“Processing…
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”…
Please help me.

I have manually reset your Xanga import. Please try your import again.

Hi, I’ve tried to import the archive from Xanga several times, I have received an email which says that that the import is successful but I can’t view the posts on my WordPress.

glazemyday, when I visit your wordpress, I have seen the post for September, is it what you want to import?
jackiedana, I have tried to import again, but….the same issue happened….could you help me to fix it one more time? And would you know why this would happen?

@wingalice, I’ve reset your importer again for you.
@glazemyday, I do not see any import processes currently running for your blog. Is your content showing up now? If not, you might want to refer to the instructions I linked earlier.

I’m sorry this keeps happening to you. How many more files do you have to import? If you have more than one or two, if you can upload your .zip folder somewhere like Dropbox, so I can access it, I can help with the import on my end.

Hi I’ve followed the instructions and tried importing again. I’ve received an email saying that the import is successful but the content still not on the blog! I guess the posts which i’m importing now date back to 2008. Could you help me with that? I can share the files with you to import!

@glazemyday, I don’t see any imports that need to be reset, and there is content on your blog. Are you still having difficulty with your import?
