Import from Xanga

  I want to import 20 XML files to restore Xanga to my wordpress page. Do my account have the maximum restore of XML files?
  As I only can find 100 posts even I have already been uploaded 4 to 5 files here.
  I hope you can help me to solve the problem!! Many thanks!

  I’m not aware of any maximum but sometimes the importer is stuck so I’ll tag this thread for Staff to reset it for you.

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

  Hi there! There’s no limit on the number of files you can import.

  It’s hard to tell if you’re missing anything yet since you haven’t finished the import. Sometimes the first few files are just image references, or categories, other non-post content.

  I would suggest you import the rest of your files and check if you’re missing anything once you’re done. :)
