Import from Xanga

Dear support team,
I was trying to import the xml file from xanga export last week. It was successful at the beginning but an error report was sent to me later saying that the the recent importing is not successful. The import page of wordpress keeps showing that the importing is still processing and showing “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.” I have seen this message since last Tuesday.
Please kindly advise.

Instructions on how to do a Xanga import are here http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually before your import will show up on WordPress.com.

I have imported some xml successfully before but I don’t know why it is stuck in an individual file. I couldn’t do anything now. :(
