Import from Xanga is taking more than 24h

I am trying to import an XML files from xanga to my wordpress. it has been more than 24h, or rather 48h in fact but the importing is still not completed. please check and advice.

I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

Thanks. But do I import the new file or the old one that was taking too long to import?

Please try the same file you were trying to import before. If you’re not sure, you can reimport files without any problem, as our system will recognize that they have already been imported.

Hello, the same problem came back when i upload the same file again. it’s been more than 24h and my importing is still not completed.

I’ve reset the importer again. You might try using the WordPress importer instead of the Xanga one to see if that changes the results for you.

hi, can you reset my xanga importer again. seems like it’s no longer working well on me and I need to import my xml with wordpress importer.
