Import from Xanga stuck after 3 days

I am importing several files, and the import has gotten “stuck” several times since I began and has needed to be reset. I last logged in about three days ago, started an upload, and it still will not let me go on to the next import. It still believes it’s processing the last one.

I have manually reset your Xanga import for you. You should now be able to continue importing your files.

Hello, I have the same problems here. I just downloaded xml files from Xanga, which I got 10 files here. But I only able to import one file, what should I do for the rest? Please help!

Yes, there’s not problem with my content on my blog. I just wonder if I can import all my 10 xml files from xanga to wordpress. Is that possible? I find difficult to import one by one, and need to wait for the reply from wordpress then I only can import another one. I am like only can import one xml files each day :s -
The way Xanga creates their export, it gets broken up into a number of different files, and you’ll have to import each one separately. You shouldn’t need to wait to get an email from us – as soon as one is done, your importer window will allow for another one. In most cases this happens within 5-10 minutes.

But it’s not within 5-10 mins, I just refresh every 5 mins, I only can upload another one like few hours later. Too sad! :( -

I imported one xml files yesterday at 11am morning (Malaysia time), and now (9am), I still couldn’t import another xml file. Please help!

I do not see any current import processes running. Please try clearing your browser cache and trying your import again.

I feel blessed that you’re such a helpful person.
I tried all the ways that provided by the link you gave me.
I cleared all the cache and cookies, I update all the things in my computer, I reset my firefox. It still doesn’t work.
I wonder what’s the problem.
Any other way?
Now I really feel that’s not a problem at all to import one file each day, I just don’t want stuck at this way. -
For your information, I was trying to log in with Firefox in my laptop, and Safari at Mac. Both not allow me import the new file which still showing the same message like I told you before. :((
