Import from Xanga stuck at processing stage for months

    I am currently importing from Xanga and it has been going on for more than two weeks.
    I had no problems with the previous XML imports.
    Only this one took particularly long and there is no ‘cancel import’ option.
    Please help!

    I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

    Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
