Hi there! On a Free Plan there aren’t any backups available. Backups are available on a Creator Plan or higher. Depending on what you attempted to import exactly and what was changed, it’s possible you may be able to restore revisions following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
If you changed the theme, your previous homepage may still be in Drafts or deleted Posts/Pages in the Trash: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/how-to-undo-changes/#restore-deleted-content-from-the-trash
