Import gone wrong (it’s messed up)

    Hello, I choose a theme to my WP webbsite. A few days later I thought that it didn’t siut me, so I went for a new one and imported/installed it!
    What I did was: Appearance –> Themes –> Add new –> Install
    On the page editor, everything looks fine, but when I preview it on chrome, there are slide bars that shouldn’t be there. And on Firefox, everything is wrong, the text should be on top of the image, it is below etc etc.
    What have I done wrong, and how can I just get a clean import? Please help

    Hey there! Your site isn’t hosted here with us, but you may simply want to try activating you previous theme. It should still exist under Appearance > Themes.

    Or, if you want to stick with the new theme, can you reach out to their support? Perhaps they have a guide that can help!
