Import Hanging / Not Processing

  Import still processing after 1.5 days.
  Can someone please tell me how to contact the support people?
  I can find no contact for support people.
  The import file is a wordpress file.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  This problem is still not resolved – it’s approaching 3 days now. Is there not some I can contact at wordpress? I was told WordPress was good but now I am starting to wonder.

  It doesn’t look like the WordPress importer on hypnocouch.wordpress.com is currently stuck.
