Import has still not finished.

    Hi,

    For about two weeks now I have been waiting for an import to finish. I have still not heard from WordPress, despite tagging modlook in my most recent community post on this topic. It would be great if a member of the WP staff would be able to help with this. Thanks.

    You only need to wait for 24 hours before posting here for help.

    Where is the export file from please?
    How large is the XML file?

    Sometimes the importer gets stuck and Staff heave to reset it.
    If the file is large Staff may have to do the import.

    I’ve reset the importer tool for you. You can try to import again, let us know if it gets stuck again.
