Import images from WP.org to WP.com

  This isn’t really the blog I need help with. Trying to move http://archive.kemmeyer.com to WP.com (https://lessclutterlessnoisearchive.wordpress.com/). I’ve imported all the posts, comments, pages etc. But the images did not import into WP.com. And in the import process it never gave me the checkbox to “download all files” associated with the posts. Did I miss something? Is this no longer possible without paying for WP.com?
