Import is frozen

    Hello, I’m trying to import my blog and it seems to be frozen– there are 30,000 posts on there so I don’t expect it to be finished downloading before midnight but if it’s possible to get it going again that would be great, thanks!

    Hi birdantlers,

    It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed. I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

    If it seems to take a while, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted but I’m unable to say how long this will take.

    If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
