Import Is Not Working

I imported content from one WordPress blog to a new one but nothing happened. I followed the directions, but more than a day later, I still keep getting a message that says “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

Sometimes the importer needs Staff to reset it. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -

I’m so sorry about that! I have reset the importer. If everything has not uploaded yet, please try again. If it’s a huge file it helps to split it up.
